Delete your DuoSages account

You can delete your DuoSages account and everything in it at any time, from the app or by email.

In the app (fastest)

Open DuoSages and sign in.
Go to You, then Your data.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away, on every device.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email us from the address you signed up with, and we will delete your account within 30 days and write back to confirm.

Or write to support@duosages.com with the subject "Delete my DuoSages account". To protect your account, we only act on requests sent from its email address.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in.
Your profile and settings.
Every reading, conversation, journal note and daily draw.
Everything the Sages noticed about you.
Your reading balance, membership and purchase records.
Your support messages, feedback and reports.

Nothing is kept on our side. Google Play and the App Store keep their own records of what you bought.

Have DuoSages Plus? Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions) or on your iPhone (Settings, your name, Subscriptions), so you are not charged again.

Delete only some of your data

You don't have to delete your whole account. In the app, under You, then Your data, you can delete just your conversations, just your readings, everything the Sages noticed, or all of your content while keeping your account. A single reading can be deleted from the foot of that reading. Deleted items leave your devices straight away and are erased from our servers within 90 days.
